    The program begins with an orientation session, followed by an intensive four-week learning and training phase, including structured assessments. Upon successful completion, top-performing participants will be shortlisted for interview opportunities with Wertec.

    The orientation will introduce you to the DEP and WERTEC teams, outline the program structure, and provide essential information to get you started. It's also an opportunity to address any question you may have.

    Assessments are designed to evaluate your understanding and application of the skills learned. They may include practical tasks, quizzes, and projects. You’ll receive personalized feedback to help you improve.

    You’ll have access to experienced mentors and industry experts throughout the program. Support will be available via Slack, and you’ll receive confirmation of your application and a Slack invite via email..

    If you miss a session, we’ll provide materials and recordings to help you catch up. However, we recommend attending all sessions and completing them before the assessment for the best experience.
